Sheet 01The programme

A home that is both community living and hospitality.

What if we redesigned community living from creative first principles? Come live the question with us.

Six sheets: the intent, the lineage, the phasing, and how to take part. We keep them current as the ground changes.

  • A1

    Land in nature

Held by a small core, so decisions stay human-scaled and the place can't be sold out from under itself.

  • A2

    Hand-built domes

For us and for our guests. We learn the technique together and we put them in the ground ourselves.

  • A3

    We tend the whole thing

Space, vibe, experience. Hospitality is how the place stays open and alive — not a revenue line bolted on afterwards.

i.

Continuous learning

Building technique, materials, governance. We learn it in public and write down what we find, so the learning compounds.

ii.

Reciprocity

To the land, to each other, to whoever comes next. Everything we work out gets written down and given back.

iii.

Playful creative rest

Not a productivity retreat. Not a co-working space with plants. Rest that makes things, on no particular schedule.

Sheet 02Precedent study — Friedensreich Hundertwasser, 1928–2000 Our lineage

Enemy of the straight line. He argued for the window right — that anyone should be able to lean out and paint the wall within arm's reach — and he let trees hold tenancy, paying rent in air.

Sheet 03Phasing — drag to move through time

Phase 1 — building the dream. We are here.

Move the scrubber and the site plan above rebuilds itself. This is the page we'll keep updating — the drawing changes as the ground does.

Educating ourselves

Building techniques and materials, and how to live together on purpose. This is the step that has to land before anything goes in the ground.

Sheet 06Reciprocity — what we give back

This isn't just our dream. We share it all back.

Everything gets documented and open-sourced, so the next group can start from what we learned.

  • Dome-building workshops — methods, materials, what we learned
  • How we found each other, govern, and decide
  • The communication and financing structures we set up
