01Land in nature, held by a small core — so the place can't be sold out from under itself.
02Hand-built Hundertwasser domes, for us and our guests. We learn the technique and we build them ourselves.
03We tend the space, the vibe, the whole experience. Hospitality is how the place stays open, not a revenue line bolted on.
What we're buildingOne dome-nest, cut open — the round room the whole village is made of. Bed, stove, one round window, a curved bench.

Building technique, materials, governance. We learn it in public and write down what we find, so the learning compounds.

To the land, to each other, to whoever comes next. Everything we work out gets written down and given back.

Not a productivity retreat. Not a co-working space with plants. Rest that makes things, on no particular schedule.
