We're building a home that is both community living and hospitality. Land in nature, held by a small core. Hand-built domes, for us and our guests.

At the intersection of creativity, architecture, and reverence for the earth. Seven souls gathered.

Land in nature, held by a small core — so decisions stay human-scaled and the place can't be sold out from under itself.

Hand-built Hundertwasser domes, for us and for our guests. We learn the technique together and we build them ourselves.

We tend the space, the vibe, the whole experience. Hospitality isn't a revenue line bolted on — it's how the place stays alive and open.

Continuous learning

Building technique, materials, governance. We learn it in public and write down what we find, so the learning compounds.

To the land, to each other, to whoever comes next. Everything we work out gets documented and given back.

Not a productivity retreat. Not a co-working space with plants. Rest that makes things, on no particular schedule.

Enemy of the straight line

He argued for the window right — that anyone should be able to lean out and paint the wall within arm's reach — and he planted trees as tenants, paying rent in air. We are not copying his buildings. We're taking the argument seriously and building it with our own hands.

Twenty dome-nests, one commons, one track in.

Nothing sits in a row and nothing sits on a grid. The clusters follow the trees that are already there, and the walk from any nest to the commons is short enough to do barefoot.

The commons
One shared room big enough for everyone at once. Kitchen, long table, fire.

The pond
Rainwater held on site rather than piped off it.

Dome-nest clusters
Groups of three to five. No two the same shape, none in a line.

The track in
One way in, deliberately slow. Cars stop before the nests begin.

The tree belt
Existing trees stay. The plan is drawn around them, not through them.

Phase 1 — building the dream

We are here

Seven souls already gathered. Our first prototype dome is planned within the year. Toward roughly twenty dome-nests, built together over time.
